Ingredients for Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

For the oats

  • 50g rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 150ml milk of choice

  • 100g Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 75g mixed berries, fresh or frozen

For the cheesecake topping

  • 60g Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 30g berries

Optional toppings

  • Chia seeds do a lot of quiet work here — thickening, fibre, and a gentle dose of omega-3s.
  • Straight from the fridge — thick, creamy, and ready to go.

How To Make

  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, milk, Greek yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla to a jar or bowl.

  2. Stir thoroughly until everything is evenly combined and there are no dry pockets of oats or chia seeds.

  3. Gently fold through the berries. If using frozen berries, there's no need to defrost them first.

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, allowing the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a thick, creamy consistency.

  5. The following morning, stir the oats. If they feel too thick, loosen with a splash of milk.

  6. Mix the topping ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth.

  7. Spoon the cheesecake-style yoghurt mixture over the oats and finish with the remaining berries.

  8. Add your chosen toppings and enjoy chilled.

The Nourish 4 Ways Framework

One jar of oats, four nourishing variations.

🩸 Menstrual Phase

Swap:

Stir a teaspoon of cacao powder into the oats.

Booster:

Top with cocoa-dusted cherries and a scattering of pumpkin seeds.

Why?

Cacao and pumpkin seeds both contribute magnesium and iron, offering gentle support during menstruation as part of a balanced diet. Cherries add a natural sweetness and a further source of antioxidants.

🌙 Luteal Phase
